What was the assignment? To write a poem about the holocaust?

I hope you'll take this as constructive criticism but what is the relationship between Nazis dying and 1959? WW2 ended in 1945. The Nuremberg trials were from 1945-1946.

Not only is your date confusing but "1959" doesn't rhyme w/ "died."

Whoa..you may be writing for language arts class, but you need a history lesson first.

The British attacked first with other countries...the Americans joined in after the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbour..and NO, it wasn't 1959...Find a book on your topic and read it! please.

That's not funny, it's disrespectful..write about something else if you can't get your facts straight.

try 1939...

Edit: You should care and you should read about it even at 13 years old. It's the reason you are have freedom to do what you want within the law. So be a little more thankful.

Like the others, I think this seems in pretty poor taste, plus it's not really clear what you are trying to say with this poem.

But aside from the subject matter and questionable historic knowledge, what are you trying to convey with all the ellipses (multiple period punctuation marks)?

Are you sure you're not just trying to get people riled up with this?

The Holocaust was what World War11 was about! I believe it was in 1942. "Google" World War11(2).
Some teachers have poor taste to try to make nice poetry out of such a notorious time in the History of mankind.
