Here is a suggestion for while you are learning:

Use three small handerchiefs first .. fabric ones .. about 10" to 14" square ... that teaches you the moves, then you can start adding or using hard objects (balls, etc.) once you get the feel down. It's very effective! A teacher I knew taught his third graders every year this way, by end of year they were juggling with 3-5 balls and some went on to other objects as well!!

1) Take two balls in your left hand and one in your right (do it the other way around if that's more comfortable).
2) Throw one ball from your left hand to your right.
3) Before it lands, throw the one in your right hand to your left.
4) Before that one lands, throw the remaining ball in your left hand to your right.
5) You should now have two in your right hand and one in your left. Toss the balls In the same manner as before, except go from right to left (obviously, because it wouldn't work otherwise).
6) Repeat, over and over. Congratulations, you're juggling!

This site should get you started. You can also look for books at the library.
