Best ides - get outside - quick. Get into some fresh air somewhere out in the countryside preferably. That happened to me once, my lips turned blue, but anyway. You are lacking oxygen if going outside doesn't help then consult you nearest doctor and get an emergency appointment!! Good Luck!!

That seems odd. There was a woman I read about who ingested a lot of colloidal silver and she turned completely palliid grey/silver. Like a ghostly apparition. If I were you I would go and see your doctor. You may accidentally have taken in some toxic substance.

you should get checked out by a doctor as soon as possible, you can be having a problem with your circulation. the only thing i can think of to suggest is to try massaging your hands, and massage down each finger (spend at least a minute on each finger) see if this helps making them look pink again, if this helps then it is from lack of circulation, thats why your nails changed color.

I cant give you a diagnosis but I can tell you that you should see a doctor. Grey/blueish nails could be a sign of heart or lung problems.

For an ill patient, it could be a sign of lack of sufficient O2 in body.
But for a normal people, I think you have iron overload. (Difficult to say, without seeing actual symptoms.)
Are you pale, compared to your family or friends? if so, you have some kind of hemolysis which collect iron in your body.
if you are fit and young then, don't worry. Just drink plenty of water.
you will be OK.

What you are describing is a symptom of not getting enough oxygen. You should consult a doctor very soon
