I have similar colouring, except a different hair colour, and I wear plums, light greens and light golds for eyeshadow, brown mascara and peachy or rose coloured blush, but really natural, I usually use tints rather than powder blushes, because it looks much more natural. as for eyeshadow, what really makes my green eyes pop is putting a bit of gold or amber shadow in the inner corner of my eye, it makes gives your eyes another dimension and makes them look well spaced..it's a trick I learned from a makeup artist.
As well, someone above said pink, but stay away from colours like pink and red, or warm or dark purples, because they really do not flatter fair skin tones, make sure the purples you use are cool-tones, like mauves and lavenders, although little bursts of plum applied right at the lash line look really nice.

You would look good in colors that either match or contrast your eyes, so greens that match and purples or magentas that contrast. Also, you would probably look good in blues and oranges. As for makeup, try a bright peachy blush right on the apples of your cheeks -just don't use too much, a plum or some shade of purple eyeshadow, dark mascara, and a bronzer that isn't too far from the color of your skin. If the bronzer is too dark, it might make your skin look dirty, so you just want it to be a few shades darker than your natural skin-tone. Hope this could help! =)

According to your description the best choices would be:
1. Brown mascara - Since you're fair-skinned with blond hair the brown won't be as harsh on you and will be more natural.
2. Light Purple, Brown & Moss Green shades in eyeshadow - These colors will really bring out the green in your eyes.
Now blush actually depends on whether your skin tone is warm, neutral or cool.

Purple colors are great for green eyes. Try some plums so it won't make you look to clownish, since you have fair skin, but use a light peachy highlighting color with them. Use a light pink or peach blush and some bronzer and dark brown mascara. AND....don't forget just a little lip gloss goes a long way, again use a light pink or peach color.

Well for your eyes I would definitely suggest using lavenders and violets. Just sweep a nice sheer lavender shade over your entire lid and use a little bit of the violet in your crease and near your lash line then use a tiny bit of white eyeshadow to highlight your brow bone. I would stick to a dark brown mascara since black can sometimes be to harsh on blonde's. For blush you should stick to a nice dusty pink. For bronzer make sure that the color isn't too orange or to dark on you.

neutrals are always the best eyeshadows. can't figure out which neutral? look very closely to the flecks of color in your eyes. there should be another color besides green. That should be the color you put on your lids. Im pale too so i know from experience that a creamy peachish pink will make your cheeks glow the prettiest. Black mascara looks great on anyone.

First off with your medium blonde hair, draw attention to it by browns. If you want to play up your eyes, wear deeper green eyeshadow. Now if you would ever wear eye liner, brown is the color. Good Luck! Mia.

according to what u said u can use light brown or rose or light blue or light green or silver or gold eyeshadow and light lip gloss colors to give suspense and don't put a lot of blusher or bronze as not to be as a clown.

They have makeup that goes with certain eye colors!! Its called intense i-color bring out powder shadow that is designed to bring out your eyes!! It really amazing. They also have eyeliner, and mascara that compliment these shadows too. I recommend to start using eyeliner, it brings out your eyes ALOT!! :D best of luck to you.
