If you're feeling kinda low, then you probably want to avoid any melodratic or slow music. When I'm done, I like something with a good beat - hip/hop, reggae, or something like that. Anything that will get me moving and feeling energetic, you know?
You may also want to try something soft - classical music is soothing, as is some instrumental music... and if you want to take a nap or something while you're feeling down, turn on some nature sounds - like the sound of a river flowing, or rain falling, or birds chirping... Anything that reminds you of warm springtime should help lift your spirits!
