Hello! I've read countless blogs, info sites, and other users comments, but I wanted to ask for other people's opinions on what's happening to me. On days labelled 7 & 8 of my birth controlled cycle (which were really days 11 and 12 if you start counting from the first day of my last period) I had unprotected sex with my hubby...twice (what can I say, we're newly weds!). Following those days I took two pills for two days to make up for the pills I missed. My breasts were VERY sensitive and sore, I felt extremely nauseated, and had slight cramping in the abdomen. Browsed the internet like mad to see if that may mean pregnancy, but was not convinced. Yesterday I went to the bathroom and saw some light blood on the paper when I cleaned myself up. It's much lighter than my period bleeding is. Now it's one week before my period should start (I have one more pill to take and then I'm on my 7 days off the pill). Was that implant bleeding? So far none today...am I pregnant?

That sounds somewhat similar to my situation, except for I didn't miss any pills and I started spotting a bit for the last week of my pills. Now I'm on my week off and waiting to see if anything happens. The same symptoms and I've been hungry all the time. Hope some of the answers on here helps us both out! What type of BC were you on?

Sounds like you aren't pregnant...not everyone gets implantation bleeding. I wish I could just scream that to all the info sites because it, in a way, misleads women to thinking that slight spotting means pregnancy.

Wait a few days and if you are still thinking you are pregnant, go out and buy a First Response HPT. It detects the pregnancy hormone 5 days before your period. Or just wait the week to see if it starts.

Oh and you typically won't start feeling nauseous until the 4-5 week of pregnancy, although extreme fatique and other random symptoms can start almost immediately.

But to me it sounds like PMS and wishful thinking. Good luck

I think you could be pregnant because i had the same symtoms when i found out i was pregnant and just take a pregnancy test to see and stop taking birth controll if you are pregnant...they have test now that you can test a week before your period normally comes...try one and see ...but all your symptoms sound exactly like mine did...

You can't take 2 pills in one day to make up for a pill you missed the day before. It doesn't work like that. Get a pregnancy test ASAP.

When you doubled up on those bc pills, you screwed up your hormones, which resulted in the "pregnancy" symptoms and break-thru (light) bleeding. I don't think you're pregnant.

Well I'd say just go get a pregnancy test if you don't get a period.
