When you go to kick the ball make sure your plant foot ( the one your not kicking with ) is pointed at the player your passing to with the heel slightly in front of the backside of the ball. you swing at the ball with your foot in a toe up heel down positon, locking your ankle so you have a solid strike. Your foot should follow through where the ball was after contact and be pointed directly at where you sent the ball. Then you continue on with the play.

ill give a tips:

first: you must control the ball as it will not get away from your feet.

Second: you must control the ball and move it by 2 feet to 2m away only. except when there is no oponent in front of you.

Third: you must have a good resistant, you run as the ball roll...

Fourth: you must not look at the ball, look around you to your opponents and your colleagues...

Fifth: its up to your talents...
