Alright just for fun, if you believe in him or not.
Lets see if there is a coorelation between political affiliation and reaction.
Your in the woods of Oregan, you have a high powered rifle and a camera.
Bigfoot walks out 50 yards in front of you, and looks straight at you what do you do?
Please give your political affiliation or Con/Lib so we can see if there is any sound coorelation.
Me I use the rifle, self preservation-fear-money-people not telling me I'm a nut are my motivators and I consider myself a moderate republican.

I noticed that some people have turned a simple question about bigfoot into a political attack, how sad.

If you are looking to just survive, then I'd run. But if you are looking to prove the actual existence of Bigfoot to the scientific community, then you would have to kill it. Scientists won't accept anything else. You better make darn sure that it's not some prankster in a suit.
That's the most middle of the road answer I can give. I try to be as moderate as possible. I vote for however I think can do a better job, Democrat or Republican.

Democrat. I would take a picture and run. If it came after me I would shoot it. I support a free market. I could sell the picture and the body for big bucks. Then I would take a world vacation and leave your sorry butt here to pay for the $2 trillion cost of the occupation in Iraq and the $9 trillion national debt. Also you would be here for the draft to fight in Iraq. BTW, notice that I did not ask you to shoot it for me. I did ask that you pay for your own mistakes. Unlike many Republicans ,I support personal responsibility.

If bigfoot is no threat wouldn't it be rather cruel to just shoot him down? Of course if he attacks then ok, shoot him but otherwise I think anyone with a heart and an ounce of intelligence would use the camera.

Take a picture. 50 yards is plenty of time to pop him if he decides to come at me.
Wow how bizarre the TV is talking about a purple bigfoot as I type (steve martin movie).

i would pull the rifle and shoot him before he gets me..that's the only option i could have, in front of a giant like big foot. Naturally, i do not expect him to treat me decently and pose for a photograph like other civilians ....

I would take the picture and see what happens. No need in shooting him if he's not doing anything to me. Besides, he probably wouldn't taste good, so there's no need to hunt him.
Conservative Republican.
