For language exams, record yourself reading revision guide translations out loud, then play it back a lot to yourself. That's how I got a B grade on French Speaking & Listening when the teacher thought I would fail it.

You think GCSEs are hard? Try Alevels :S
Plenty of revision, about 2 hours on each subject, make revision notes and read your notes over before the exam

To relax yourself, walk into the examination naked.
You will be either thrown out and they will assume you are mad and then you wont have to worry about it passing, or you will be so chilled out you will be all set for sucess.
Good luck.
