Lord, no. My husband's brother was a drunk, sloppily dressed, unshaved, and uneducated. Bleh!
Mental fantasies are acceptable. Just don't act on them.

No, actually I have not. NEver been attracted to any of my BIL whatsoever. All three of them are geeky, and one's a bit of an A$$hole and I hope my sister leaves him someday. She deserves much better. I think she will find much better some day as well.
Why are you attracted to ur BIL? do u get along w/him better?
Wow, that must be awkard and hard to deal with. Try to think of all his faults and imagine him smelling really disgusting maybe that'll help.
P.s. My Mother just told me last night (again) that when she 1st met my uncle (her ex BIL) back in the 60's when she 1st got married to my Dad, that her mouth dropped becoz the uncle was so *hot* lookin and all. He looked like the Winston man, and carried his looks real well for a long time. Anyway, she didn't have a perpetual crush for a long time, as she got closer to her husband and close to the family. It was only in the beginning-beginning. But he was very (and still is) charismatic, kinda like a movie star actually.

Do you want his brother as a lover? If you think its just a passing fancy, keep this information to yourself. You would not want to destroy a family. If you want to act on your feelings towards your husband's brother, I would think long and hard about it. If the two of you hooked up and the family found out [and believe me they would eventually find out], it would be a disaster. I recommend that you make every effort possible to avoid your husband's brother and stop thinking about him! At some point in the future, when your hormones cool down, you will be glad that you never took action. Best of luck with this issue.

Not really but then again I don't have a husband being a hetero, but I don't have a wife either. It's probably normal. I think everyone gets a bit fed up with the same partner and starts fantasising over other people. I think my best mates partners hot but would never actually make a play for her. Don't worry too much about it.

Yeah, I think my brother in law is a hunk too, but we've seen each other nude all the time, in the hot tub and at the beach we go to in the summer and stuff. But yes, some fantasy like that is normal.

My husband doesn't have a brother but if he had a hot brother maybe. I know people on here are going to be all righteous and blast you for this but I think it is completely normal to have fantasies and wonder. But if you act on them than that is wrong, especially with the brother.

Yes, it's "wrong". However, I don't believe people necessarily stop "looking" at other people when they marry. You can still be "attracted" to other people, as long as you don't "act" on these feelings.
To intentionally "dream" about your brother-in-law is asking for nothing but trouble. The grass isn't always "greener" on the other side!
Good luck.

Well, that works both ways. I have had fantasies about my X's twin sister while I was with my X. It is normal and harmless as long as you do not act on the impulse. Act on the impulse, and it becomes adultery, if married, you become single if you are not married and you partner has Self esteem.

No...well I don't have a husband (because i'm 10.)
But hun, is there a law saying that you can't picture him nude??? Lemme check my books....nope. You can think about you and the boogyman getting it on, but if you like him in that "way" and you really like him, in a attractive way, then just view from afar. Hun, this is trickey, and I dunno what to say! But..I can tell you this...before you go hurtin someone else, think before you do, think of your loved ones.

No......I see my husband's brother like a brother. My ex boyfriend fell in love with my sister and left me because of it. Be careful.....he even tried to get me to help him write her a love letter. (not that I am saying things will go to that point in your situation.) Just be careful how much you think about him, that is how it starts.
