Two reasons
First it is Broadcast Television and it is doubtful that she could keep her clothes on long enough to get through the taping !!
And, it is highly unlikely that she would ever be "straight" enough to do the contract to begin with !!
If this woman had not been married to Kurt Cobain --she would--by now-- been just another woman working the streets in downtown Seattle !!!

people who conceal Nirvana could be kicked off of the degree. Courtney Love will in no way have something to do with that. Nirvana and her late husband at the instant are not something greater beneficial than a funds maker for her and he or she is ashamed of Kurt.

Weeeelll, as Paula is a walking talking drunk judge, you would have to assume Courtney could do that job. However, the drunk Ms. Love can't walk, talk, fo'cus (both us) or even sit upright when she imbibes.

There you go. If it all comes down to the voting public anyway, and FOX is looking for someone who truly IS 'on something' half the time for the viewers to blog about, then why not?

I think it would be interesting to see her as a guest judge. She is quite a character but also talented.

mainly she has no musical experience, she's tone deaf, is nasty, no class and has no talent whatsoever.
also they are having enough problems with paula's drinking so i can't imagine they would want to take on someone with a long history or drug and alcohol problems.
