how do i track my mobile phone contract order?

i do not have the tracking number only the order number!!

If it was ordered by mail, contact the company you ordered it from and either ask them to chase it up, or ask them which courier company they used. Get the delivery number from them.

Then contact the courier company using the delivery number that the company you ordered it from gave to you. They should then be able to trace where it is.

Some companies, such as as DHL, have online order tracking. This means that you can access their website, input the delivery number and it'll tell you instantly where your order is; in a warehouse in a particular town, in a van, etc.

phone your network and give them the order number
if your phone has been sent to the delivery agents they will give you a parcel number to track your order and give you the www address of the delivey agents

the mobile company i work for also send you an email with your new mobile number and the parcel number for tracking
