Use 1 part vinegar,1 part water and 1 part antifreeze.
Clean the windows with this.

Hey Joe,
We had the same problem in our bedroom, and the only thing that seemed to work was keeping the room warm, and keeping the windows dry. It happens when we breath and keep the door closed. No air circulation seems to be the main factor in having the condensation attach to the cold windows, so you could also try a fan, but how cold would that be. If you have a chance, put some paper towels at the base of the window when they're not frozen and try to absorb all the water that is there. After that you could pick up some shrink wrap for windows at the hardware store and cover the whole area off (this also works to keep your heating bill down).
Good luck!
A note of caution:
I just noticed that the other person suggested using anti-freeze. I would really recommend that this is not a viable option if you have cats that you'd like to keep alive. They will lick the windows, and the collected water at the base. Anti-freeze is highly toxic and really shouldn't be used for anything other than what it was produced for.

Wow, do I ever feel like an idiot! It didn't even occur to me that it could be a car!
If it is a car, there are several options. I use a 2 litre bottle of warm water and pour it over the windshield, or windshield washer with de-icer in it, or usually I just let the car warm up with the defroster's on (which is better for the engine in cold weather anyway).

If you are referring to car windows you could cut some cardboard in the shape if your windshield, hold it in place with your wiper blades, remove it in the mornings and presto no ice on windshield.
