Any ideas on the best way to clean this mess up without doing more damage to the interior? It's freezing out....

LOL... I'm sorry, it's not funny but I can just imagine the look on your face when that thing went off!
What did most of the softdrink get spilled on? Leather? Cloth?
If cloth, use lots of warm water first and upholstery cleaner after it dries. If leather, use warm water and then treat it with Leather Conditioner afterwards.
The glass and hard plastics won't be a problem. Just the water first, and then Armor-All or your favorite brand of auto cleaner.
A tip: Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi spills do NOT stain as much as regular non-diet coke/pepsi.

Try your favorite parts store and look for a product called Tuff Stuff its in a yellow and red can I do all my cleaning with that product it has removed gear oil out of my seats before

You could try some of that Wool lite carpet and upholstery cleaner it works really good and is not that expensive just spray it on wait a minute or two and wipe it off.

the car wash guys are the best bet.let them know want You want.

put a jacket on, get in your car and use hot soapy water and get to scrubbing.
