Do something for the less fortunate. Being a loving person will make you a good catch for someone else and will fill your life with good feelings. Try it, you will like it.

Simple, quiet time. Immersing myself in solitude and pampering. Then I step out into the world, and do the things that make me happy. Spend time with my beloved. Laugh on the phone with my mother. See friends and spend time in the sun. You have to learn to nurture yourself, you can't wait around for others to do it for you! :)

You have to fill it from the inside....only you can put love in your heart....that emotion is yours and yours only....you could start out by smiling.....:)

My dog is always there for me, he just looks at me and listen to me as I pour my heart out. He is the best.
