I have been on a couple of dates through internet personnals. In the end , it ends up going no where. The men are never what they say they are when they are online, why is that? I have choosen never ever to date online again.

try meeting people locally. internet allows people anonymity and there are no walls or inhibitions, so yes,, the men will be different on line than they are in person.
you are smart in your choice. just chalk it up to experience and move on.

I met my guy a year ago online. Yes, there are some who lie, some who are creepy, etc. You just have to know how to read the signs. Don't jump in based on just looks. You have to be able to get a good view of the whole picture. Everyone appears diferent when seen in person. No one truly looks like their picture. I have had several dates before my guy and they were all honest. Just didn't work out due to personalities.

Because most men use the internet pesonals to cheat they are usually married and are just looking for affairs and nothing long term..

believe me the women lie too - 29 and 120 lbs and what turns up? a cross between a whale and mother theresa OMG - i still humped it tho

well my brother did the same thing and the girl was showing him pics of her that were like 15 yrs ago so he was stuck with her all weekend she was fat and ugly she lied and he wasnt happy
