Yes it is...my wife has had both areas done and she is very happy with the results. Make sure you go to someone using new equipment who has alot of experience. The risks come with some of the old equipment and practitioners that don't what settings to use.

Yes, I've had it done by certified workers in salons. Not so expensive and it does not leave cuts, rashes or red marks. Lasts longer then "Lady Bic" too.
I only visit salons where the workers are certified so I know they know hygiene and anatomy not just how to use a tool.
