I have been going through a bit of a low point lately and want to know a way to bring my spirits and self-esteem back up.

Personally, If I eat right, watch my weight, and prepare myself every morning as though I'm going to meet someone special, I typically feel good about myself.

Everyone is different. If I think I look good, then I feel good.

Perhaps it's something else that is making you feel down about yourself. If you look deep inside yourself, I'll be you'll know what that is.

I am a student and never have a lot of money, so any time I do something for me, I feel great! (I usually do this when I am in a low point). Here are a few things: haircut, eyebrows waxed, getting my makeup done, buying a new outfit, buying sexy lingere, getting my nails done, buying a pair of shoes, the way I look after a summer of biking.

Also, my bf is great at raising my spirits. He once got my bff from back where I am from to send me a card and a package saying how much I mean to her (he told her I was depressed b/c I didn't know anyone where I live), he has brought me a slice of cheesecake, a flower, or just telling me I am beautiful. It's all great!

looking past the bad parts of ur body and focusing on the good ones...
getting a manicure/pedicure
going to a spa
getting small gifts for urself
getting a free makeover at macy's

going to a spa or when my bf tells me that i am the most beautiful girl iong the world or anything if you have a bf that dosnt tell you that then i dont know but eveyone is beautiful in there own way...tell urself every morning b4 u get up i am beatuiful and soon u will relize you are!!!

take a long, hot shower. wear a dress. put on makeup. paint a picture. go shopping with girlfriends. be thankful for what you do have.

wen my bf tells me i am beautiful or wen i buy myself some new toiletries (some nice smellies or face wash and bubble bath e.c.t..) try it it cant fail to work!!!!
