It's very common for the testicles, which lie in the sac called the scrotum below the penis, to be slightly uneven. This means that one testicle will hang a bit lower than the other. Not to worry, this is completely normal.
Additional information...just got it...self exam your testicles as per this video.... http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-do-a-testicular-self-exam

Bodies are never the same size each side of the body is not anatomacly correct. The nipples are unequal, ears, nasal cavities etc. so to try to explain a condition of the testes? There is nothing specific they are naturally unequal in size. The human body is the least perfect when it comes to size and growth. Look at any person for a long time and you can find something strange about them.

I would say if you are completely healthy under 50 there is not a problem but you should always be checked by a physician.

Nobody is perectly equal on both sides in any part of their bodies. It might be more obvious in some people than it is in others. Doesn't sound like a real problem to me unless one testicle is as big as a watermelon or something. Ask a doctor if you're still not sure.

After puberty, the left testicle is normally larger than the right. After puberty, boys and men should check their testes monthly just as women should check their breasts monthly for lumps. A sudden growth or lump in a testicle must be checked by your doctor; testicular cancer can hit young men.
