The common rule is to raise your either arm, turn your head and sneeze into upper inner arm area (not the arm pit though).

If You Have Time Run To The Toilet !!
Or If Nt Make Sure Everyday You Have A Tissue On You Bend Down Not Literly And Sneeze Hope This Helps

I turned away from the food and sneezed into my shoulder. My hands were usually too busy to grab a Kleenex and wash again.

When I was sick I kept a hand towel on my shoulder so if I had to sneeze I could grab it quickly then toss it is the linin basket then wash your hands. I also keep a bottle of purex at all times!

Inside your shirt or in the crease of your arm while bending it.. how long have u been a chef? shouldn't they go over this stuff w/u guys?
