After a few hours it "melts", and i get Racoon Eyes so I can not wear anny. I tried applying powder first but no help, and I even make sure i do not put any moisturizer on lashes when i put some on. Have tried many kinds of mascara same results. could it possibly be oils in skin causing this? Same thing with eyeliner, I used to joke that I was just too Hot, but this is just annoying.

I absolutely agree with using Maybelline Volum Express mascara. I don't use the waterproof kind, but even the regular (non-waterproof) works wonderfully! Even when I cry, it doesn't come off. I mean, if I wipe my eyelashes it will come off on my hand, but it does NOT come streaming down my face or give me racoon eyes whatsoever. I use a base coat of the Volum Express, and then use a top coat of Maybelline Great Lash. The combination between the two provides wonderful coverage, and it helps even more in preventing it from bleeding or coming off.
It may quite possibly be skin oils causing this. Have you tried use an eyeliner pencil? That usually sticks to your skin better than a liquid. If you've tried that and still haven't had any luck, try applying a small amount of Vaseline to your lids and eyelashes before you put on make-up. Just use a TINY bit, and make sure it's dry first, and then apply your make-up. The Vaseline acts as a glue and helps to keep your eyeshadow/liner/mascara in place throughout the day. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a shot.

Best mascara on the planet is Estee Lauder Illusionist waterproof, I tried every single brand trust me it works and doesnt make your lashes hard like some others do I know its expensive but it really is worth it

well maby have a skin problem what aboot wearing fake eyelashes there not tht bad and tht means u dnt have 2 wear any mascara coz a cnt wear mascara so a wear fake eyelashes which makes my eyelashes look like they have mascara but its not a hope this wil help xx

i have the same problem, my eyes water alot, every time i yawn, etc.
i have found that the only mascara that doesn't melt for me,is, maybelline volume express water proof.
you almost have to take a jackhammer to get it off..
good luck, you may just have to do some experimentation..

ummm... maby u should wash your face before u put it on and have you used waterproof mascara and eyeliner it really helps

depends what namebrand of mascara u are using..try waterproof..it might help but if it doesnt, its oils and nothing
can really change that.
