Never happen. I agree it should happen. Greed is the problem in all the world. Exxon Mobil Corporations made $39.5 billion in profit in 2006. Up from $36.13 billion in 2005. That's earnings of $4.5 million per hour. I pay $2.30 per gallon for gas. Big oil and Bush are going to make sure the Iraqi people don't get that money. They want big oil to get that income. The Shiite majority in Iraq will never share the oil wealth with the Sunni minority, never. That is why the civil war will last another 5 years there. No matter what we do there. We need to withdraw our troops out of that civil war and let them find a way to live in peace or die for oil and power. No more Americans should die for Iraqi Oil.

The explaination is simple, Kuwait has a tiny population, but a huge amount of oil revenue. Iraq has a huge population with not much more oil production than Kuwait.
