Not at all. You are more mature and an adult. At this point in life age is just a number.

Absolutely not! My dad was 36 when I was born, and I appreciate the fact that my parents were financially stable, adult, and responsible for their actions by the time I was born. Their maturity and their place in the world by the time I was born has been, no doubt, a huge factor in my development and one of the reasons I am a well rounded individual today.
Congratulations and just be happy! You're still quite young!!!! I would say it's better to have children at your age anyway. At least you don't have to worry about all the things you did when you were in your 20s.

No Way!!! I was 35 when I gave birth to my only child, who is now a wonderful 4 year old. I'm really glad I waited, because I'm more set in life than I was when I was 25. I've done all the wild crazy things and didn't have kids that had to suffer because of it, and I didn't miss out on anything. My parents were older when I was born, too, and I think I got a lot of stuff that my older siblings missed out on. My folks were more settled, and they had more patience, and I got to do a lot of things the older ones didn't do. So, personally, I think you are the perfect age to have a baby!

That is a good age! You will only be 50 when the child graduates from high school. Actually, that's a good age because you are still young and not to old but old enough to be responsible.
