I am not sure where to go in New York but for online, I would go to www.womenshelp.net. They have a bunch of links for reasonabley priced clothes for tall women.

i'm just 5'9" but my legs are really long and i've found that any brand of European clothing is just fine for me. A/X jeans have really long legs, same as Zara or MNG, 7for AllMankind and TrueReligion also.
