Yes, just for 20 minutes or so. I usually have a nap during lunchtime at work. I call it a 'power nap'. I feel I am ready for anything afterwards. Winston Churchill did it all through the war years - swore by it!

My boyfriend and I always like to take a Saturday afternoon sleep- after being at work all week it is so relaxing and time to drift off into the land of nod!! If only there were more opportunities to do it!
