I work only part time so I do not have health insurance. Therefore, I cannot go to the doctor for help. I live in the Southwestern side of Ohio. Any help or tips or ideas will be great!

You should try to have sex during the time that you are ovulating. Ovulation begins right after you have your period, within the 14 days after you have your period, you might be able to get pregnant then. Also, you can also purchase some pregnancy products to let you know when you are ovulating.

You should not try to hard to get pregnant because it will not happen. I was the exact same way and I was not getting pregnant I thought that I could not have children. I did the ovulation thing and now I have 4 children.. Good Luck too you!!!

There are two things that may be happening. One may indicate a health problem, so the both of you should have a checkup very soon. The other is that your partner may be taking birth control without you knowing it. If it's the latter, you need to sit down and have a good heart-to-heart and find out if there are issues that need to be addressed. Now, the unspoken question has to do with marriage. Are you gonna or not?

Me too! The best thing I can recommend is about 10-14 days after your mentral cycle, have sex every day or every other day. After sex, lie down and elevate your hips and legs for 10 minutes or so. The bad thing is that the male might be sterile or have a low count. They to have sperm counters that you can buy at a drug store as well as an ovulation monitor. Good luck!

my husband and i tried for five years to get pregnant. Our insurance doesn't cover infertility, so that was out. We basically felt we had to leave it up to God. Along the way I put myself on a healthy diet, started going to the gym and started tracking my periods with religious fervor. After a year of tracking my periods we figured the day that would be most promising for us. After five years of negative pregnancy tests our daughter was conceived August 23, 2005. Patience, faith, and a little bit of taking care of yourself could work wonders.

Have you waited til you were ovulating? There could be something wrong with either one of you... I would try seeing a doctor... call around to see how much they would cost for your visit and save up!
