1) i watch them occasionally, not that i have much time to watch tv. i prefer fuse, vh1 classics, or mtv hits (about the only ones that play videos at all, it seems).
2) i watch both shows and videos. the shows i watch are my super sweet 16, surreal life, and celebrity paranormal project.

-Favorite-MTV, second favorite-VH1
2. I watch MTV and VH1 mainly for the reality shows, but if there is music on I might occasionally watch the music videos. Shows- Laguna Beach, The Hills, Maui Fever, Real World, True Life, The Challenge: The Duel, Next, Parental Control, Exposed, My Super Sweet Sixteen (basically all shows on mtv)

i watch bet, mtv, and vh1 on a regular basis in that order
i like to watch mostly for the music but i like watching the dating shows on mtv and i love new york on vh1. I.E. 106th and park, I love new york, next, bet student center, rap city, wayans brothers, in living color, the jamie foxx show

I don't watch any music channels, because the only time they show videos is the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. I would love it if they would acutally show videos when I'm awake.

The channels you mentioned only play rap and other crap like that. I like rock and Metal.
