All you have to do is go to a bank, access your account (I'm assuming you already have the cowhides in the bank) then you go to the bottom of the box, it says "Withdraw as ITEM OR NOTE" Select note and you can carry as many cowhides as you want. Hope this helps

first, store all your cowhides, then go to your bank and click the notes button at the lower right hand corner. Then right click the cow hides and withdraw all. Note that when you have things in bank notes, you can only trade them and drop them. So if you had 100 cowhides in a bank note, you won't be able to tan them.

You can not unless you go to the bank and change it into a note but then you can not use it as an item you can only trade it this way. But you can change it back by going back to a bank. Hope this helps.
