Do they have any Electronic howk chaser out there..I want to keep those hawks away form my yard.

Those don't work. Really, the only thing you can do is set out a large fake great horned owl- that is it. You can't kill or trap them- federally illegal with stiff fines/jail time.
What are you trying to protect? chickens? Rabbits? you could cover the area. That is about the largest they can take out- A goshawk could take out a med sized duck, and maybe a red tailed hawk could as well, but that is about the largest prey they can take.

No there isn't, none that actually work anyway. Why don't you try and find a local falconer. If the birds are really a problem they may be ably to come and trap them and use them for falconry purposes
