I have found great success and income in first looking for jobs that offer "flexible work schemes", meaning u are allowed to work in the office part time and at home part time. Once you have proven yrself with them there, you are often able to translate this into working from home full time. I havent personally been able to find a position where I totally work from home without having first worked with them in an actual office setting. The work I currently due is basically freelance editing. You could check with databases, data entry companies, or publishing houses/magazines/newspapers to see if they outsource work to be edited. One company I work for, I never go into the office now, not for 2 years. Though initially I did work for them, in the office 2 days per week. The next job I work I go into pick up materials from them once a week or so. though I probalby could go in just once or 2ce a month.

Another option I have seen that might work is at-home transcribing. I once was going to do transcribing at home for a psychologist, taking his taped sessions and entering them into paper format using a transcription mahcine. However, that job didnt work because they wanted me to have my own machine. I have seen, since that time, other transcription jobs that will provide the machine themselves, however I havent looked deeply because I finally established a rhythm with my own-work-at home plans, doing the editing I mentioned above.

I am planning to move to the UK towards ender of summer and the editing jobs I have will follow me there. Once, Im on-ground there I intend to also do some dog-walking/pet sitting to supplement my income & replace relocation expenses and meet people at the same time. Which I think is another decent work-for-yrself opportunity. If you are able, this can also be another option to investigate.

Another thing, is to look on craigslist.com, looking in yr area. And look under "gigs" and see what type of work is available. A lot of times u can find simple jobs helping people out, on yr own ime, that can provide a little extra income.

Oh...and also check for info/work on: freelanceuk.com; freelancersintheuk.co.uk ; freelancers.net

Its dependent upon yr skill set, and I suppose u might see a theme with the type of work Im suggesting. But there are a lot of areas needing outsourced help...the workplace has changed, people's individual needs have changed. I really hope you find something suitable. Iwouldnt bother much with things like what Ive found in the paper that require you to pay money upfront, bottom line, its a job, they should pay you. And you shouldnt pay them a dime! No matter how much money they are telling you you have the potential to earn!!
Good luck!

Hi,
I've found something that I'm really happy with!!
(International is fine, too.)

It's not get rich quick, but it will quietly run in the background until it's ready to truly support you & your family with a real income. (Doesn't take long, though.)

I really recommend this!

Yahoo frowns upon links here in the Q & A section, so if you would just click on my profile, you will see it there.

Blessings to you in 2007!!

Get off of the computer and get a real job. Most are scams. Rip offs.

I know of a great opportunity that allows people to earn money while surfing on the internet like they normally do. Do you realize that everything you do on the internet makes tons of money...for someone else --- Every time you enter a search, purchase a product, click on an advertisement, etc. Furthermore, did you know that there is a way to get this revenue passed on to you?

In the interest of abiding by the Yahoo Terms of Service, please email me through yahoo answers if you wish to learn more.

What is huge to one person is not to another. It's relative to what you believe you are capable of manifesting.
