That is not a lot of money. It is about the cost of 2 city bus trips. However, we need to know what album it is and the quailty of the album...

It depends on the album, condition of the album, and where you buy it from. I bought a brand new album for only US$0.50. But I think I got it for that price because it wasn't such a huge seller (it only sold 250,000 copies).

A CD (depending on content) it is cheap. A LP record about average for a used copy that is playable but the jacket is not in the greatest of shape.

That is a decent deal but what is the shipping? Remember to factor that, and then see if it is just wiser to but the thing new, unless you really mean 'album', then well you will have to pay.

no, it's not, but you have to include the shipping, because ultimately, what the album costs and what you pay for shipping is what you paid for the album.
