I don't care if we camp in someones yard or have to take a seminar to earn free accomodations. It will need to be at least 70 to 80 degrees ,so timing is crutial. I don't want to travel all the way south if I dont have too but I will.

You'd have to hit Florida to get those kinds of temps. My parents live near the beach in southern VA and it's 30 degrees there. So the further south you go the better off you're going to be temp wise.You can look online for a rental or something on the beach. People who have vacation homes often rent them out to cover costs.

This time of year, nothing on the Atlantic side is warm. Go somewhere in Texas---right on the beach. Caribbean Sea. Gulf of Mexico. Hot sun. Oh yeah.

The cheapest way out is to get a big refrigerator box a beach towel and a heat lamp.total cost 37.00

My recommendation is to check out websites like lastminute.com or site59.com, they both offer vacation packages for the current week or the following week at reduced pricing, then you do not have to worry about the timeshare presentations or scam artists!
