Where is Jump Street Chapel?

Question

I have all 5 seasons of 21 Jump Street and I still have no idea as to where it is set.

The State has a beach, a dock and harbor, a lake, a sea life center, a military academy, at least 3 graveyards and a whole lot of different types of schools.

The only 2 things I know is, that it is a northern State because they get a lot of snow in the winter and it is some where near Newark.

Please help, this has been bugging me for ages.

21 Jump Street filmed all over the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, Canada.
If it looks familiar, it's because tv series such as The L Word and the X Files filmed there, not to mention movies like Catwoman, Final Destination, Romeo Must Die, Trapped, etc.
Usually when movies or tv shows are filmed in Vancouver, the locale is supposed to be the Pacific Northwest.
