The 3" heel looks alot better with the fishermen pants!

3" heel. the 4" makes your legs look stubby.

4" heels make your legs look slimmer, but wear them only if you know you can handle them, there's no use in looking sexy if you are going to walk around looking like a duck...lol

That would be the one for me!
Personally, I'd do the 3" for myself.
The outfit is cool.
