I've heard that if you can pull your perineum(The skin between your balls and asshole) your penis hasn't finished growing?Is this true?

You usually don't stop growing and developing until about 21. I'm 19 and still getting taller, so i assume everything else is still growing. Possibly wishful thinking though.

as long as you don't get an **** of a doctor like i had in the navy that said your penis is on the small size my answer was if its meant to be that size then thats it,we cannot get plastic implants like women do to bolster there breasts as long as your happy no one else matters its self esteem dont worry as long as you can stir the pudding then its not a problem
