Hi. I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I'm feeling very much like I have morning sickness (I didn't have is this bad with my other pregnancies, nor at the begining of this one). I am extremely nausious(sp?) and I have terrible heart burn for some reason. I've not eaten anything today, I'm not really hungry, and I really don't want to eat as it will probablely come back up. Any sugestions out there on how to make this go away, orr persaps somethin I could eat that would help (OJ only makes it worse)? Thanks :)

crackers and tums helped me out a lot... never had the morning sickness in beginning... had the horrible heartburn and nausea the last few weeks..... dr always said it was where the baby was laying..... I always carried low, so I never have understood why still... eh
good luck

your morning sickness should not last all day, if it does express your concern to your doctor.
you can eat a few crackers to help if you feel like throwing up.
Just remember your child is growing on what you eat.
make sure you eat healthy.
as for the heartburn, usually caused by the formation of hair and fingernails of your child, you can take tums to help with that.

As for the heartburn, I suffer terribly from it and the docs told me to take Zantac or Tagamet (sp) because the tums weren't working. If you can get this to calm down you may not be so sick to your stomach. Hope this helps.

Take maalox total, it takes about 20-30 minutes to work but when it kicks in you will feel releif. once you take the maalox, eat light, dry toast and gingerale, or ginger tea, saltine crackers. hope you feel better.
