Let the 1st no. be x and second be y.
x + 30% 0f x +y = y + 20% of y
That is x + o.3x +y = y + 0.2 y
Or 1.3 x = 0.2 y
Thus x/y = 1.3/0.2 = 13/2
or x : y = 13 : 2
So the ratio between x and y is 13 : 2

0.3x+y=y+0.2y
0.3x=0.2y
multiplying by 10
3x=2y
so x:y=2:3
