I had two pregnancies. Both boys. The first I experienced only the usual morning sickness. In the second I was sick for the entire 9 months! I was told that female pregnancies usually make the mother sicker. But it was another boy!

In my first pregnancy i was sick for the first 3 months i was even admitted to hospital and put on an IV. When I fell pregnant the second time I kept waiting for the sickness to come. It never did not 1 day of being sick and I was sure I was going to have a girl. I had another boy. So I think each pregnancy is different

While pregnant with my daughter I threw up all the time no matter what I ate and how much I ate it came right back up. I lost twenty pounds with her.
Now pregnant with my son I have been sick on and off but nothing like the way I was with my daughter. I have had more colds and stuff but as far as morning sickness goes I had it a lot worst with my daughter.

I think it has to do with how your body can handle the hormonal changes that are taking place, im pregnant with a baby girl and I was sick only 2 times and I think one time was from the first time of taking the prenatal vitamins, i really thinks it depends on your body. When a friend of mine was pregnant with her daughter she was sick all the time up until 7mons

Sicker with my first, a girl. Now pregnant with a boy and less throwing up,less heartburn and indegestion, less pressure on my ribs, equal amount of dizziness, but better overall feeling, but that could be due to the fact that it is my second and I know what to expect.
Every pregnancy and every woman's body is different, though, and that is definitely no indication of what you are having.
Good luck.
