You could also do it using CSS, since the tag is deprecated as of HTML 4.01.

You can add the style attribute to almost any HTML tag. Adjusting the % above or below 100% will make your text larger or smaller.
You can also specify the size in a number of ways besides percentage, such as point size:

Height in pixels:
