how to install pc fans?

do i need to configure them after the installation in bios? (mobo,abit,aw9d) or they will be recognized automatically?

Hardware:

Just plug it in, where the old one was. Make sure it's the right size and there's mounting holes for it. Also some are LOUD, especially when combined with other fans,so watch out for the dB rating.

Software:

Your computer should continue to monitor what's plugged into the board, so it should automatically recognize it.
