We can begin by slowing the population growth. Limit the amount of babies allowed to be born. Make it MUCH easier for women to choose not to have children (sterilization and more effective birth control options). If the population wasn't so high, the educators would have an easier time educating the students. Families would be better off financially if they have less children to care for and they would be able to provide a better life for the children they do have. Make college more accessible to everyone and possibly make it mandatory for 1 year after high school or give bonuses for students to enroll within 1 yr of high school.
