Use a hair dryer. Also, to prevent this from happening in the future keep your faucet on a slow drip on really cold days. Water that is in motion will not freeze.

If they are steel or copper and under ground use can use an electric welder to thaw, suggest someone that understands, failing that in the house try to get water running some where even a few drips open the cupboard doors if pipes are near, and even a hair dryer can help, but in the future, if cold leave tap on water won,t freeze if running a little

These things have worked for me.

Put a space heater in the cupboard where the pipes are frozen. Just watch it and make sure there is nothing to catch fire.

A blow dryer directly on the frozen pipe sometimes works too.

Once you get it thawed, leave a dribble coming out of the tap to keep it from re-freezing.

Winter sucks!

Use an electric hair dryer close to the pipe where it enters your house.
