Dubbing home movie VHS tapes to my DVD recorder, Is there any quality difference using S Video or composite?

I think S-Video is better.. less susceptible to noise during the transfer.. but.. make sure you also transfer the sound with it! Going with S-Video to my computer the sound did not transfer unless I actually hooked up separate cables for it.
