Some of them have started to lose their pigment. Theres one thats already all white and some with spots. It's not ick or some skin fungus. Theres nothing growing on it. Their scales are clean and look normal, It's like they turned into a albino. I may add that they are all healthy, active and eat just like the other ones. The pond is suppied have a 2-filter system pump and 2 10 in. bubblers.

it's all genetics, nothing else, lots of my goldfish changed colors or turned completely white as they got older
I generally breed calicos, if they have too much blue in their background it will result in them producing many white babies
so I have to be careful and watch my bloodlines

Try to find a good food that is high in protein. Pellet food is the best for outdoor ponds flake foods are not good for your fish. It is just paper soaked with oils very little protein.

what are you feeding them? buy gold fish food that enhances their color. do you put chemicals in the pond.

they are just getting older....like a midlife crisis kind of thing...
