I skim through them, & if something catches my eye that's relevant to me, I read it, but not the whole lot, partly cos it's too long & boring, but also cos reading so much small print hurts my eyes.

Yup, always do. I also read all instructions before assembling anything, and I also read warrenty's and all user guides before using something.

Only on some programs.... like AOL's T&C tells you about all the extra stuff they can install without ever asking your permission! I won't install it if the T&C has a clause like that!
