As far as the reservation policy is followed in our country (for the benefit of political party) India will never progress. If these nasty policy is followed in private sector also...then one day Indian will be ruled out from the competition world.

no i don't think because the issue of reservation is always raised on the pretex or pretention that in a country like india where large mass of people is illiterate and lack reasonable intelligence to understand & link social & personal interest, policy of res. is must. but private sector comprises of professional & enlightened people who do't need such teaching to perform their social responsibilities and moreover india's economic growth is at a stage that force is neither adviseable nor req. to bring equity, i think that collobration & coporation b/w public and private sector is a perfect solution to the problem.

no,there must be no reservation in the private sector in the present globalized context and jobs should be open for all on the basis of merit and qualifications.

Yes.It is necessary to lift the downtrodden,suppressed,socially oppressesd people for thousands of years in India.May be it is required fo 50 to 100 years then things can bereviewed and changed to suit the prevailing conditions.

I am against it. The government should take steps to remove barriers and discrimination. Giving reservations is like discriminating against the privileged.
