virgin vie do a range of fab exfoliator/scrubs, have natural oils in them that leave your skin solft and silky not feeling like you've used a brillo pad on ya face. moistuising twice a day helps keep your skin smooth and supple as does a daily skin routine, a good routine helps to keep the skin balanced and gets rid of dead skin on a daily bases. the products can be a bit pricey but after all, you get what you pay for and you'll onlyever have one face !!!

St Ives Apricot Exfoliator is a really good one. It leaves your skin really soft

the best i've ever used is proactiv's salicylic acid cleanser. my skin really benefits from intense exfoliating so i get like the toughest, industrial-strength exfoliator i can find.
howeverrrrr: st ives is awful for your skin! it contains sharp little fragments that dont just exfoliate, they also leave little micro-tears in your skin that will age it quicker and stuff. stay away from st ives!

Home made one where you can just add sugar to anything really. Nivea makes a good exfoliater

The cheapest and the most natural. Mix extra virgin olive oil and brown sugar. Say, 1 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

st ives is ok for using once or twice a week but if you use it everyday it starst to make my skin fragile, i use johnsons daily exfoliating wash and its microbeads are perfect for everyday use and feels fab straight after....
