i wonder about that . everytime on seasme street we wears glasses and he only one eye i think ? why do u think so ?

It's called a monocle. If people had one eye that was worse like astigmatism they used one lens. They kept it on a chain and popped it in as needed. (held between eye brow ridge and cheek bone.) They probably had the count wear one to make him look like an old world gentleman since he is a twist on Dracula.
