My 13 year old son is making beef stew. He cooks a lot but it will be the first time he's making dinner for the family. He's way excited. So am I!

Before I go over to hang out with my girlfriends and gay friends I'm going to make a special dinner for my husband and his friends for the Super Bore. I'm going to make pickle, anchovy and peanut butter sandwiches. Soup with a coffee/vinegar base and chopped up rhubarb and sardines in it. For the Hors De' Oeuvres I'm making Ritz crackers with mayonnaise and lemon slices on them and rice cakes with mustard and sliced raw potato. If they don't like this stuff I don't want to hear any complaints. They can make their own damn food.

I plan on making chili tonight. I bought all the ingredients yesterday. I was going to make it last night but I ended up baking 2 dozen cupcakes instead.
