Are you haunted by something in your past? Have you done anything wrong and feel guilty about it? If so, your dream may be your conscience pushing this act to the surface so that you must deal with it. On the other hand, if this is not the case, your dream may indicate some burden or difficulty that you're currently dealing with in your life. The things falling from your hands is a nervous reaction to stress. (It happens to me sometimes too.) It will cease in time. Be very deliberate in your actions and concentrate on what you're doing. This helps.
In the meantime, try to identify and resolve your issue(s) as soon as possible. It is only then that the nightmares will stop. Good luck to you. Sweet dreams.

Maybe you have been holding in some kind of burden for so long and now it's looking to get out hence the black shadow. Could it be a secret or perhaps soomething you felt was wrong that you did and now it is playing on your mind. If these answers don't help why not visit a phycologist not a phyciatrist because they prescribe medication when all you need is to talk about this. Good luck man;)

I dream i'm taking section in the game. what's gloomy is human beings positioned way too a lot into the aims they have. i'm 21 years previous. even as i change into round thirteen or so, I had a dream that made me sense even as i change into 33 i ought to die in a automobile crash. no one else in touch, lifeted up 4x4. T highway. many years off, yet i do not imagine that what I dreamed then, will come authentic. inspite of if I had an identical dream a million time each and every 6 years. issues change. you adjust. it is no longer your aims that make your destiny. it is your destiny that'll make your aims. do not concentration on a dream you've. If something, they're extra of a sort of something that has happend, or not in any respect will ensue. A caution, something which could be functional you circumvent a disaster you on your existence. stay the existence you've, the way you want, and not in any respect with assistance from any aims.

You shouldn't be afraid, I share the same experience. It happened to me for how many times and it really seems close to nightmare. I experience it in a half sleeping half awake state where my consciousness is still present. I wanted to wake up and move any part of my body but I struggled for it so hard. I can feel this shadow-like entity putting his weight on my chest. I wanted to scream but nothing comes out of my mouth. I shared my story to my friends and some of them experienced the same thing. So I get used to it and when I got into that situation once again, Ive learned to try to move my toe first and concentrate on it until I can move my feet, my legs and my entire body. When you are already awake, try to drink a glass of water or a hot milk and listen to a lively music. It has nothing to do with what you were experiencing the next day. It's just in your mind. Just PRAY, CHEER UP and SMILE! =)

All I can suggest is that you learn dream analysis, based on sound psychological principles, like the work of Fritz Perls, keep a dream diary and get up and write down every dream as soon as possible, in detail, including emotions, then ask yourself various questions about the various elements of the dream. You have probably suppressed the memory of what was said to you in that dream, because your conscious mind doesn't want to remember. Imagine yourself vigorously pushing off that presence tonight as vividly as you can before turning off the lights in future, and view: http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/ [dreamdictionary/ THIS SITE CENSORS THE NAMES OF SOME OTHER WEBSITES, BUT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK IT OUT ]

Hello Dari,
Before you go to sleep ask God and your angels to wrap you in white light to protect you. it sounds like you have a spirit entity in your dreams, the next time it happens ask what they want and tell them to go to the light, you have nothing to offer them. Also have your doctor check you out.
Are you having troubles when you are awake, struggling with something? There could be many things going on, but talking about it with the appropriate people should help.

I don't believe in dreams telling you things, but maybe it was telling your soulmate trying to message you... is there someone you have liked for a long time, and now they are trying to bring your things to analyse them? I hope this helps, but sorry mate, I wouldn't go to see a psychiadrist thing... it's just a dream.
You probably just saw a shadow because it was a dream; everyone has dreams; and now you're just being clumsy, misplacing things because you're scared.

very often a spirit or a dark shadow in dream show a past memory or experience that still haunts you, perhaps because it has never been fully felt

Your sixth sense, or intuition is telling you that you sense danger, possibly an evil spirit in your home. I would contact a priest.
